Return Policy Overview
Roamsies operates on a print-on-demand basis, ensuring each product is unique and produced only upon order placement. As a result, returns and exchanges due to customer errors like wrong size or color choices are not supported.
However, if a product arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing issue, Roamsies provides a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Customers must submit a clear photo of the problem via the contact form for assistance. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Roamsies requires additional evidence for issues affecting multiple items with the same design. It’s important to note that Roamsies doesn’t offer replacements or refunds for customer-induced sizing or color errors.
For failed deliveries, customers can opt for a replacement at an additional cost or a partial refund.
Finally, DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products allow for a tolerance of 0.5 inches in print placement.
1. Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for defective or damaged products.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Most items are exempt from being returned for reasons outside of defective or damage. This is because we sell personalized items, and your products are made to order… exactly the color and size combinations you choose.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Exchanges
- As previously noted, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us immediately].
